GERMANTOWN, MD | 2023 Buick EnvisionJanuary 30, 2025First of all, I did NOT get any service done on 1/29/25. I brought my car in for the software update on 1/21/25. I completed this survey LAST week. This just shows disorganization at your dealership and poor communication with your customers. I already complained how your service department returned my car with grease on the front passenger seat and the center console.
